Important Travel Information
- This trip is not refundable, unless the trip is cancelled.
- Payments are used to secure your accommodations, activities and other arrangements associated with the trip, please make your payments timely.
- Weather: November is warmer in South Africa, may be cooler at night. Rain is low during this season.
- Please start your Passport application at least 2 months before travel, if you need a new passport or your current will expire before December 11th. You will not need a Visa for South Africa. Must have two empty pages in your passport.
- We have an agent that can assist you with travel insurance and also international healthcare.
- We will be researching flights and will keep you up to date on best prices.
- At least a week or two before the trip, I highly recommend to socialize as little as possible and avoid places with large groups
and practice safety. - South African currently does not require vaccination certificate or negative PCR test.

Photoshoot Planning
- We love the floating dress in Dubai and Greece. You can search for floating dress: they rent the dress, hire a photographer and pay for a location for the shoot. Normally it’s about $1500 for this type of photoshoot.
- The original plan was to have an Infinity Dress for everyone to use for the photoshoot. After receiving feedback, it’s looking like some of you would prefer to have your own dress. The original option will remain available, but we’ve added the option to have your own custom dress designed. We are working with a designer to help create your design.
- The photoshoot is included in the cost of the trip.
Fashion and Makeup Information:
- You can work with the fashion designer that will customize your dress.
- You will send him your design idea and measurements.
- We will have a fitting within the first two days of arrival and any alterations/changes will
be available before the photoshoot. - Hair and Makeup will be available the day of the photoshoot in the home.
- We will have a special zoom meeting with the designer and beauty consultant to discuss
the fashion and hair/makeup for the photoshoot.
